West Glacier Mercantile is a good grocery store and a cute little country store close to the Apgar Visitor Center. It is great for trail and camping needs, helping to supply gear and almost everything for camping. The store can have a limited selection, especially near the end of the season when shelves may be bare. The merchandise is quality and some items, like water and avocados, are reasonably priced, though some find it kind of expensive. The people working are very friendly and provide friendly service. It is fine in a pinch for the necessities when camping nearby.
Prices are roughly 20-30% higher than in Columbia Falls or at Hungry Horse Market. I live in West Glacier and my vehicle is down so I notice these things. Overall a decent selection of items for most travelers. Pursue your profits Pursuit!

Stopped here twice while in Glacier. Both times the clerks were very nice and welcoming.
