Stayed here for three nights. Rooms were super clean. They were cleaned up everyday when we returned in the evening. Breakfast coffee was good and it had the usual stuff. The scrambled eggs were top notch. It was very near to a snowmobile tour place we had to go in the morning. Lot of restaurants nearby. A couple of coffee shops that were open. Taking a star off as on the last night we stayed, there was someone cooking food in a tent outside which caused a lot of smoke to come inside the hotel and the hallways smells of the smoke. It also crept into our rooms.

There were leftover whiskers on the sink and some private hairs in the tub. At least the bathroom was free of mold. For breakfast, the bread was left in their bags and there was no waffle option as shown in the pictures. The breakfast staff was not attentive and was hiding in a room on the phone screen. Luckily the eggs were good, but nothing else. I usually like Best Western hotels but I regret booking here.

Excellent service (staff) and morning continental (hot) breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious.Desiree and Amanda at the front desk have exceptional customer service skills and were polite, helpful and friendly. For the price this place is the best in town, hands down. Good location access for the western side of yellowstone park.

Byfar, the best breakfast at a hotel we had during our many travels. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We even spent 2 nights here as we explored Yellowstone Park for an extra day. Also add helpful on suggestions of restaurants to eat at during our stay.Rooms: Very Clean

Loved this place. Service at front desk and breakfast was lovely; attentive and friendly. Room in the annex at the back was spacious and silent. Entrance to the park is 5 to 10 mins but Madison junction is a bit further.West Yellowstone is small and almost everything can be easily reached by walking.

The hotel offer all items that you want for a continental breakfast. It even has a wrap for you to make a burrito. The room and the hotel was clean. The bathroom maybe a bit small but it is functional. Separate faucet from the bathroom help speed up the morning routine, which mean can get out yo Yellowstone NP faster.Walkability: Easily walk to the town from the hotel.

For some reason i forgot to take a picture. It's nice, the pool looks good, like everything else it's near the west entrance. Breakfast was super. It was the most expensive hotel on the trip topping $300 for one night. Possibly because we walked in without reservations? Anyhow, it wasn't nice enough to ever go back.

I had a great experience here! Breakfast was delicious, they have jalapeño peppers and my mom loves it! It’s very close to Yellow stone West gate. Breakfast Staff are nice and helpful. Room is average size but given it’s location I’d say it’s pretty neat. Front desk service is quick and informative. They also have a pool but I didn’t have a chance to try it. Parking lot is sufficient. Nothing to complain about the hotel. The only downside is every morning someone is playing their motorcycle outside and it was kinda loud and keep waking us up.

We spent 5 nights at this location for our trip to Yellowstone. This hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was a great option and they have hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at all times! Plus it’s a prime location.

Overpriced. Said they could accommodate my children's allergies. Asked for manager to call me. She never did. At check-in, staff was not aware of allergies. Didn't get message. Wanted to put us in a pet-friendly room. Had to get "upgraded" to room on 3rd floor. Got up at 5:30 to speak to breakfast staff about food allergies. Was told they couldn't accommodate. Had no labels. Left messages 3 times for the manager to call me. She never did. Finally got her on the 4th call. She was unapologetic and lied to her supervisors, saying I was told they couldn't accommodate. That is not true. They could have told me that up front and I would take my business elsewhere. But don't take my money and my reservation, say you can accommodate, then fail to deliver. If you value fair, ethical businesses, stay away from this one.

The WORST MOTEL in the USA. I was there for one night only and got bed bug bites on my body. Watch out, especially for room #205. Their A/C is not working. The temperature on their A/C is set up to 75 F. Is this the A/C temperature you would like to be in such a hot day and night? They should be named THE WORST WESTERN DESERT INN!I talked to a receptionist, Amanda, and requested a refund and a call from the manager. I'm still waiting for my money!Stay away from this dirty crappy place.Krys

Spent several night here on road trip. Hotel was similar to a Comfort Inn where I've stayed more. It was fairly quiet. Beds were nice. Room had good TV, microwave and fridge. About what you'd expect for this level of brand. It just seemed a little pricey compared to others. But most places are motels or inns in this city. Perhaps it's supply/demand or people are willing to pay a premium for a chain hotel. I guess I was included in that group.\\n\\nBreakfast is not bad, about what you'd expect for this hotel type.
