Best location to stay at in West Yellowstone with an RV period. Is it woodsy? No.Is it grassy? No.Is it in a prime location close to the west entrance and Grizzly Bear and Wolf exhibits? Yes.This is an RV Park on gravel, not a campsite deep in the woods. They have hookups and they provide $20 towards the gift shop and 2 free ice cream cones (huckleberry flavor is an option). Doesn't get better for the price!

A great place to RV park if you are spending time in Yellowstone. They have an Imax theater too and a great gift shop.

If you’re in West Yellowstone to enjoy the RV experience, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re in West Yellowstone to go to Yellowstone National Park and need someplace to sleep, this park is perfect. Clean, spacious bathrooms, clean RV park, wide, long spaces and literally at the edge of YNP. The west entrance is right up the road and this park gives you great access to the town of West Yellowstone as well. I recommend it.Nearby activities: Food, shopping, drinks, ice cream, angler outfitters, all nearby.Walkability: Walk around town, walk to nearby restaurants and walk to the Wolf and Grizzly Discovery Center.Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat nearby.

Nice RV park for staying close to Yellowstone. Nice owner. Local discount to the gift shop & theater next door. Beautiful yellow trees in the fall. Be advised: They had to shut down water at night and winterize the bathrooms while we were here in mid October...but it's worked out fine to keep water in our RV tank and shower in our own trailer. Wish it was ok to potty our dog in our own site, but the pet area is nice and they have poop bags and trash can right there. Super friendly owners. Oh and you can hear the wolves howling next door at the animal sanctuary. So cool!!!!

This RV park is the perfect location to stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Quiet and close to Main St in West Yellowstone. Can't comment on bathrooms or laundry since we have no need.

This is basically the potholed and muddy gravel parking lot of a movie theater. It’s only advantage, and I mean only, is it’s proximity to the west gate of Yellowstone. It has as much vegetation as the Mt St Helens blast zone. If it’s raining prepare for mud as the gravel coverage is spotty. Your experience may vary, but our neighbors entertained us with blasted country music, clouds of cigarette smoke, and blinding LED camper lights that were on all night. One set of campers had a group of large dogs that were so aggressive and unhinged that I literally took bear spray with me when I took my child to the restroom out of concern that the ailing owners would lose control of them as we passed. The managers didn’t appear to notice anything. We booked two nights, but left after the first. If you have other options, stay anywhere else. Personally, I’d sooner park my rig at the Walmart in Rexburg 65 miles away than stay here again.

We have zero complaints. Everything is clean and well thought out in design. Staff were very friendly. The park entrance is literally just down the street. When we come back we plan to try and book Buffalo Crossing again.

Location is amazing.... but it's literally the parking lot behind the imax at the west entrance. Not quite the campground experience we were hoping for.Walkability: Great location

Easy to book, very friendly staff. Property is immaculate, including extremely clean bathrooms, shower, and laundry. Just can’t beat the location. I was bummed when I couldn’t get a site inside Yellowstone, but this worked better for us as what we wanted to do was closer. Highly recommend, and will stay again when our travels take us that way.Nearby activities: Right at the west entrance to YellowstoneWalkability: Walking distance to most shops and restaurants.

Just finished up a 2 week stay and it's a small quiet park right in downtown. Everything is within walking distance: souvenir shops, a grocery store and multiple restraunts. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry room are all nice and clean. Yellowstone Trading Post is in the same parking lot, and you get a $20 gift certificate at check in. There is also an IMAX theater in the same building which has a Yellowstone documentary, and a new release movie playing every day. The Yellowstone NP visitor center is 100 yards away as well and the rangers in there are a wealth of knowledge. It is also the closest RV park to the entrance of Yellowstone NP. There are no trees for shade, which can get hot in the summer, but Starlink performed excellent and we had great coverage for both Verizon and Tmobile. There were only 2 cons to the entire experience. The gravel in the RV spots is thick/deep, and with the movement our RV leveling jacks would sink in every couple of days, and I'd have to relevel. The other is at the entrance/check in office there are A LOT of potholes. There is no way to avoid them when going in and out.I would recommend staying here, and if we visit Yellowstone again, this is where we will stay.

This small RV park is very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone, it is a just right turn away. Very prompt in picking up the phone when calling them. Discount to IMAX theate, free soft serve ice cream and gift card to the shops. The park is very clean and I see them cleaning it everyday. The showers had good pressure.

Gail is amazing! Had a flat tire on way up and had to cancel last min... she was understanding and refunded most of my money. When arriving the next day we got tickets to the imax next door and other coupons. The park is spotless, bathrooms and large showers super clean and included w stay. And extra plus...literally minutes to west park entrance.
