If you're traveling to see Yellowstone and just need a place to rest your head at night, then I recommend staying here. The room was super clean. The staff was friendly, and the maids were super. Coffee is available in the morning. Close to shops and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes to the Yellowstone entrance. TV in the room is very basic, but again, you're probably there to see Yellowstone.

Overpriced due to the location, but HORRIBLE beds and the internet did not work. The TV didn't either. The bathroom was the size of a shoe box. Spend the extra $50 and get somewhere nice. This place is a joke and I will be miserable for the rest of the day due to the lack of rest.Nearby activities: Yellowstone? Lmao

Room had mold and was disgusting. Lots of health hazards like mold, exposed electrical outlet, door didn’t fully close, carpet had obvious water damage and should be replaced. No mini fridge in room but other rooms had a fridge. Avoid room 209. Will be looking at reporting for health code violations with the state of Montana.

location is the best but there are a ton of other places to stay in this area. I wouldn't stay here again. Overall, it wasn't terrible, it was clean enough, no bugs or mold evident, but the room smelled SO strongly of bleach I felt like I was gonna pass out. The beds were hard and water pressure low. At least the heater and AC worked well. Service was pretty good but the rooms need some serious renovation.

I stayed here with my wife for a night. Service seemed friendly enough, the location was great (walking distance of a pretty solid restaurant. I forget the name but the logo is a bison), but the rooms were kind of meh. The bathroom felt a bit dingy, the lightbulbs seemed like they needed to be changed (room 117 if staff is reading this), low water pressure for the shower, and no working fan. There was also a strong smell of cleaner when we got in the room. It's good to know it's clean but the chemicals smelled harsh and we needed to open the window to air it out.

What a mistake! For $200/night, I'm astonished at the poor quality of this motel. It is the textbook definition of TIRED and SHABBY.I've stayed in hundreds of motels over the years for both business and pleasure and this rates in the bottom 5%.The bed has a terrible mattress. It's like something our of the Spanish Inquisition. The room is dark. The only lighting is two bedside lamps. No overhead light. No light on the very small desk. I'm writing this from a very dark corner of the room. There is no bedside table. The little furniture that is there looks like they bought it at a roadside yard sale. I had to use my suitcase standing up for a table to eat my Subway sub for dinner. The bathroom is small, cramped and looks like your drunk uncle put it together, complete with sloppy caulking. The front desk person isn't exactly focused on customer service. When I told him that the internet connection in my room isn't working (10+ minutes trying to load a simple web page), his response (when he looked up from his Nintendo Switch) was that "it's working here".Even after I badgered him into resetting the router, the internet service is barely faster than dial-up.The DirectV didn't work. A maintenance person had to reset the entire system. Even then, most of the channels don't work..It's stuck on "Searching...". On the third visit, they explained that they don't buy many channels and I have to keep searching for something that works. No, they don't have a list of available channels. FOR $200/NIGHT.No bedside nightstand. No clock. No in-room coffee. No fridge. No microwave. No clothes hangars. No closet. No vanity in the bathroom, so no place to put down a shaving kit, toothbrush or anything else. (See the photo). That sink is straight out of 1965.We're here for 2 rooms, 3 nights. On the bright side, the manager agreed to refund us for the next two nights. I found another motel 45 miles away.A lot of extra driving, but it will be worth it to get out of this dump.*Side note. The internet service is so bad here that I had to use my iPhone as a hotspot to make new reservations!

It’s not often that I am completely satisfied with a hotel stay, especially a non-chain random place I booked sight-unseen and not well rated. But this case, I am more than satisfied with my 4 days stay. Of course considering relative prices at this peak visiting time for Yellowstone, my expectations were low and they were far exceeded. The pictures on their website do not do justice to the facility. There was ample parking and I could park my big rental car within 30 feet of my room. I got a ground floor room so the absence of an elevator for a 2 story building was not a factor. The room was large - the size of 2.5-3 standard motel rooms. Very nice 2 large queen beds, 2 big windows - maybe 7 feet each letting in ample light & openable if needed for fresh air. The room air conditioner & heater worked flawlessly. The bathroom was large, clean and had plenty of nice white towels, besides large dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and lotions. Was also a hand sanitizer in the bathroom, besides soaps.Within 8 miles of the Yellowstone West Entrance - meant one could go in multiple times if one preferred & my lifelong Senior Pass made it as inexpensive as possible.Lots of good food, shopping, gift buying, markets and a variety of cuisines - fast food, fine American, Mexican both hotels and truck based, Chinese, Vietnamese, and others provide easy access and variety. While there were no coffee machines in my room (available at the front office), it had a Microwave, Small fridge that was more than adequate. The nice firm large beds, adequate pillows, daily housekeeping (polite, flawless, and even collected and placed carefully the books, magazines, TV remotes on top of the made up beds. Bottom lines: I’d stay here again, and be happy recommend it to my daughters and family.

The room was definitely older, but the problem is the dishonest staff. I had accidentally left a necklace my children gave me for fathers day in my room and made it far enough away that driving back wasnt an option. I called back and was told they would check and call me back. I was not called back within the following 8 hours so i called them again and was then told they would check right then and get back with me. An hour later they called back to say nobody had found my necklace and thats all there was to it. I know for a fact i left it there so i know someone found it, whether or not they chose to keep it.Edit: i contacted West Yellowstone police and they retrieved my necklace for me after the manager said they did not have it. Attached is the officer holding my retrieved necklace.

No good experience with this hotel from check in to room amenities. 1 star just because it’s a newly renovated room. Other than that nothing is worth more than 0

Had a great stay. Very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. Only thing to note is there is NO fridge. Will visit again. Thanks.

What hotel doesnt have a mini fridge in it these days? This one. The room is huge but beds are on opposite walls with the tv in the middle so only one person can watch it. No table lamps, only a horribly bright set of overhead lights. The wifi barely works. Really wish we had stayed somewhere else but we are stuck here for 3 nights.
