My wife bought a plant that died and when she tried to get a replacement, they refused. So over a sickly plant of a few dollars….. they lost a customer. Customer service at its worst.

Try not to work with a guy named Trystan at Customer Service. Could not have been less helpful or more rude. Every question I asked he made it seem like I was a total idiot. I've been shopping here for years and have always had great service. The people are usually very helpful and really nice. This was a first. Makes me really question if I'll bring my business here any longer.

Great store!! Only giving it a four because the cashier's were chatting amongst each other about something they did together outside of work while I stood there for 7-10 minutes waiting to be checked out.

Came in tonight to grab storage bins - they were available online the day before, out a day later, getting them in tomorrow. The staff quickly helped us take down the hot wheels display to sell us the remaining storage bins they did have…It was a very considerate, helpful way to make a sale. Thanks Jim and Jason! We were able to avoid driving to kalispell and shop local!
