Brought my truck in to get the transmission replaced. Asked them to change the rear main seal. They said it was ok... was leaking before i brought it in is still leaking after. Also the shift linkage is off. They told me to bring it in and they would fix it within a week.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. One of their employees, who was using a Vehicle truck, that is unregistered after 3 years of purchase, hit and ran my new car in a private parking lot. I know accident happen and things could be settle in a professional manner, but Rich and Jeremiah waters (the owner) are not taking responsibility for there actions and refusing to get my car fixed, even after physical proof and eye witness. Trying to be civil and respectful, but how this company operates is unprofessional and unrespectful!

Initially took my car in to have a noise checked out, but it went away. Frank looked at my car and even took it for a drive. Did not charge me anything...decided to make an appointment to have my headlights restored and they look absolutely amazing! Frank is extremely friendly and the prices are honest and fair. I think I've found my forever mechanic in the valley! I come from a mechanic family but none of them live here, so it's nice to find an honest one. As a woman I find that car shops like to take advantage. Definitely don't feel this way here!

It's always a pleasure to see Frank- Except that means there is something wrong with my vehicle. AAR is always friendly, and always forthcoming. We discuss everything in detail, sometimes we go for a spin just so Frank can experience the problem, and we always go over the options and prices. They know their stuff and they know how to treat their people like people. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
