Becky & her team are amazing! I have been with Alpine Apothecary for over 5 years and we have always experienced the best service and knowledgable staff. I love how accessible they are ... phone, text, or their app. The app makes renewals super easy and the staff are so responsive. Highly recommend!!

Warning for MCAS patients: as we know we are all different in what we can tolerate and the severity of our illness and symptoms. These disorders are absolutely a spectrum. Unfortunately, if you are on the high end of the spectrum, this pharmacy might not be for you. I had ordered compounded Ketotifin and was clear it needed to be exactly what my prior compounding pharmacy used. Unfortunately, this Apothecary took it upon themselves to change the filler ingredient to their "hypoallergenic" one, thinking they were doing something nice. As we know with MCAS, hypoallergenic means nothing to our bodies and we need what we need. As expected, my body responded very poorly and I became bedridden and violently ill. The pharmacy was then "courteous" enough to replace the medication that almost killed me with the one I originally ordered, sourcing the same filler, but they seem to have not sourced the same Ketotifin or something because this medication continued to make me violently ill. I was out at least $200 for all this, missed work, got behind in school, lost quality of life, and the pharmacy won't take the medication back or refund me. I contacted Big Sky Speciality Compounding who was amazing, so nice about it, gave me the medication sourced from the right places, and I'm back on track now, after having lost almost two months of my life due to the meds I got from Apothecary. Some of the people you talk to Apothecary are really nice and try to help, which is why I'm giving more than one star. Other people there lie about sending texts or phone calls they did not, and made choices that potentially could have killed me. I can't attest as to the rest of their normal business dealings, only my experience, but given my experience and their response I will never return to this pharmacy and if you have MCAS I suggest Big Sky Compounding instead. This illness is not to be taken lightly and they do not seem to understand the impact and severity of their actions.

Have always had wonderful service at Alpine Apothecary - everyone is so kind and helpful as well. They have a nice selection of organic items and pricing is better than many smaller, specialty pharmacies. They even mailed my rx to me when I was out of state. Top notch. Service all the way.

The ladies there were exceptionally kind, made me feel at home when I told them I had just moved from California! They were extremely patient, invited any questions, and made me feel confident that all my prescription needs would be handled with loving, professional care! I was extremely happy to have chosen them as my personal pharmacy!! They texted me to let me know when the prescriptions were ready to be picked up! I've never really experienced REAL personal customer service like that before, and I worked in customer service for 20 years in a drug store that became a CVS store, called Longs Drugs, so I really do appreciate good customer service!!
