We were so pleased with our stay here! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The little extra details like hot chocolate and chilli after a day of skiing were so cute. Would recommend!

This hotel has recently been remodeled, the owners have done a really nice job! There is a game room with an airhockey/pool table, and Nintendo switch.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere within the hotel, and the added touch of hot chocolate and ginger snap cookies sitting near the fireplace was

Admittedly, I arrived at this hotel on 5 April 2021, the Monday after Easter, at around 10:30pm, but I have always wanted to write this review:I drove for two days straight from Southern California, arrived exhausted and hungry, asking for their cheapest available bed. It was the off-season, and there were plenty of vacant rooms. The woman at the front desk, medium-height, thin, blonde, articulate (I wish I could remember her name) was very cheerful, friendly and accommodating. The place was charming, very much evoking the northern-alpine lodge atmosphere it purports. Maybe it was thanks to the time of year—and the fact I'd been breathing desert wind, sand, dust, cow fumes, rain, frost, sleet, chill wind for 48+ hours—but the room I entered was spacious and pristine, and I fell exhausted into the king-sized bed.I can't actually comment on the stay as I was out before dawn and back after dusk each day, trying to maximize the time I spent at GNP, but the few staff members that I met were always welcoming if not outright delightful. (As a side-note: the days I spent here were clear, bright and sunny, despite the signs of recent heavy snows and storms; and all the staff were quick to comment on how unseasonably warm the weather was while I was there. Not important, but it certainly added to the charm.)I hope to go back next Spring 2024, and I hope there will be a room available when we arrive well past sundown.

Clean rooms, good service, Awesome Breakfast! Breakfast was definitely one of the better ones we’ve had at any hotel. Very large selection. Dog friendly and affordable if traveling with animals.

Called the front desk, made a reservation, received a detailed confirmation a full 45 days before my 2-night stay. Find out only a little over a week from my trip that the reservation has been double-booked by the hotel and cancelled, but I had to call them to verify, because nobody from the hotel called me. Real classy Best Western. If you plan to reserve a room with them, maybe have a backup plan. Or better yet. Maybe save the hassle and book it somewhere else instead.

A no frills hotel that is relatively close to Logan's Pass. Close to restaurants, and all the essentials! Our room was very clean and quiet. Their continental breakfast was great, and had something for everybody! I do want to stress how clean the hotel was considering it's not very new. It's been a long while since I've stayed at a hotel that was this clean! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Great stay! Summer rates were very high, but an unexpected free upgrade to a king suite helped soften the blow. The room was amazing! Spacious with fireplace and jetted tub, two TVs with sitting area and wetbar. Really was lovely. Bed was VERY comfortable. Road noise from highway at that corner suite was loud but we played some light music on Pandora, and all was once again right with the world. Nice lobby snacks and breakfast offerings. Map of Glacier, provided at front desk check-in, was SUPER helpful. A lovely stay. THANK YOU.Rooms: Beautiful king suite upgrade. Well-maintained.Nearby activities: Close to restaurants. Easy access to Glacier NP.Safety: Property felt very safe and secure.Food & drinks: Flavored popcorn offerings and cookies in the lobby. Nice full breakfast options typical of most BW properties.

Came to Whitefish for a wedding and this was the place we decided to stay, very glad we did. The customer service, clean rooms, and cookies in the front made our stay ?? from Cameron picking us up from the airport with the included shuttle, to Jamie in the front, they made sure we got everywhere on time and took care of us. If you are looking for a clean, central place to stay I’d highly recommend this place. Ask about the shuttle from and to the airport. Btw the Uber situation wasn’t bad at all. Over 4 days we probably spent about $100 in Ubers since we were predominantly in the downtown area. Unless you are planning to drive to the National Park and many other places farther than 15 miles you don’t need a rental/Turo. If you do make sure you book on weeks/months in advance. We will for sure be back!
