While we ran into ridiculous headaches with Amtrak (one way delayed 7 hours, the other abruptly cancelled), the folks at Dollar Car Rental were incredibly kind, flexible and accommodating and saved us having to scramble. The lockbox system at the train station was really smooth and easy to use. We would highly recommend them!”
