“Debbie at Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty in Whitefish was absolutely fantastic. We arrived at the train station to find there was no car waiting for us, despite having booked and paid through a third party. Debbie stepped up, went above and beyond, and brought a car from the airport to the train station for us. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and even gave us loads of great local tips on where to go and what to see. Exceptional customer service. Debbie truly saved the day. Thank you!”

“I have never received such kind, considerate, friendly service, I believe it was the owner, had the car warming up an hour prior to pick up because it was a cold day. He shared about the history of the depot and family business and showed pictures, while keeping in mind timeliness and efficiency in our customers were very happy with him. Highly recommend it! A wonderful car as well!”
