Took 6 Pilates classes while visiting Whitefish. I’m 67 and had never tried it before. The classes were outstanding. Worked muscles I’m sure I’ve never worked before. Amazing instructors and able to accommodate all abilities easily. Will definitely continue classes back in California!

I am new to pilates and Julie is such a sweet instructor. She always makes time to give gentle help and instruction - such an encourager! Love my class with Julie at Delia's- Kendra is so kind and welcoming too- always has a smile!!
