I talked to Nick and he told me it would cost between $2500-3500 to do my rear differential on my sprinter van. So I had cancelled my transport to come pick it up. Which cost me $400. After they got it, they said that they under estimated to cost of parts, and it would be a little over $4000. A few days later he said it would be a little over $5000 now. Anyways $6000 later with poor customer service after flying up there to pick it up. No one even did a walk around or helped me get it. I would never recommend anyone to use there service department.

Very good experience buying used Jeep from 5 hrs. away. Bought a 3 yr. old Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Not many of them selling near me so web shopping was necessary. Only problem was the difficulty reaching staff by phone. A lot of messages & 'phone tag'. The Jeep was exactly what was advertised. Photos did not make vehicle look better or worse than real item. Original sales person I was dealing with was sick the day I arrived. James took his place and did a fantastic job showing the Jeep, explaining cost, fees and condition of vehicle. He also called the day after the sale to let me know he found another key and would mail it to me. Finance person was also nice, competent and made things easy to understand. I was unhappy with the $587.00 documentation fee, but even with that, the cost of the Jeep was a little better than anywhere else I've seen. Even including the 5 hr. drive, I would recommend Don K. Auto and I would certainly buy another vehicle from James Abbott - wherever he worked.

They are happy to sell your vehicle. They are happy to extend a warranty. But the fact is... You can't call in and get your vehicle serviced when the lights come on. Everything is a hassle... You have to wait in line on voicemail... They don't call back in a reasonable amount of time. This is not the kind of service that one would expect from, a company that does such a good job in PR. I have met Mr. Dan K... He's a wonderful person and so is his son. Their service department sucks... my recommendation is for you to buy a vehicle someplace that has good service... Especially here in Montana...

Thank you Don K Subaru for getting my A/C working again. My first appointment was a bit of a rough start with some miscommunications. I was wondering if I had made a mistake taking my Subaru there to be fixed. Telephone service was hired all out of state--so talking to someone direct at the dealership didn't seem possible so that fed into the miscommunications.Eventually things did work out when I was able to work directly with Ryan who was my repair service representative. He was very nice and went out of his way to make amends for some of the missteps. Much Appreciated. I also want to say "Thanks" to another Ryan-- the service technician who worked on my car. Not only did he replace my A/C assembly but had to diagnose and navigate a tricky problem that I think was caused by a pesky squirrel. Thank you for taking the extra trouble to figure that out. I think you saved me a bunch of future car repairs.Thank you Ryan and Ryan. It is great to have my car back and have the A/C working in case we head back to record breaking summer temps!LucindaKalispell, MT

Charles was awesome - we didn’t have to wait for test drive, figured out our complicated sales details for us - we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. The service department here is lacking. I would not take a car for servicingin a Don K if you paid me to do it. The sales department they're always accommodating they are always friendly they are always understanding but their service department needs serious revamping and a lot of work. If it is warranty related work don't expect to get it done here try somewhere else. Sad thing is this is the reputation they have built around town.

James Abbott was a super accommodating sales guy for us. We were traveling from Virginia and he expedited the entire process and gave us a great deal on a new truck. Had a wonderful time at DonK! Zane was our sales man that helped us through the ordering process kept us informed on when it was planned to arrive and was very informative on the vehicle and the logistics of purchasing when returning and got the last things installed so we wouldn’t have to follow up at a later time. Worked with Ramon in finance and he was also very helpful to answer any questions we had. They stayed late to help us get the vehicle on a week day when our schedules allowed us to pick it up which was above and beyond. Thanks for the great experience!
