Called for a tow thinking something was really wrong with the new brakes on my Yukon. I explained this to Dirk. He thought it was a rock in my caliper, told me what to do and it worked. Rock came out and I was on my way. Dirk is not only my Hero, but was not going to provide a service that I didn't need. Honest and knowledgeable!! Two things you don't seem to see much of these days. Thanks again Dirk.

I was a passenger in a car on our way up to Mount Aneas - the road got snowy and muddy, and we nearly slipped off the side of the mountain- one tire in the air, stuck very precariously in the mud. Dirk came up in an amazingly short amount of time, considering the ruralness of where we were at, and got us onto the road within 10 minutes. He even turned around the car for us. This company is professional to a T and also Dirk was very gracious. Thank you, Dirk, and Done Rigjt Towing! These guys are amazing!

Our van was damaged by this “company”. It was obvious the damage occurred using his roll on/off rig. He inspected the damage, denied it was done by him, and offered zero help. The repairs cost over $2500, a week delay on getting my van back and I STILL have a new vibration that we noticed as soon as we left the repair shop.
I would leave my vehicle abandoned on the side of the road before I would let “Donewrong” towing touch my vehicle again. What a hassle!
Follow-up:
I spoke to Dirk, the owner at this company and he again denied responsibility and then hung up on me. A waste of more time.
Dirk damaged my vehicle and refuses to admit it. Don’t use done wrong towing.

Thank you so much, Dirk! I ran into unexpected car troubles on the way home from work. My key was stuck in the engine, wouldn’t turn on, and I was so sure I was going to have hundreds of dollars of repairs. I had absolutely no idea what to do. I called Done Right Towing, Dirk came to check things out and solved the problem instantly. Just a quick tightening of bolts! I was amazed. Thank God for Dirk :)
