We booked this place for our return from bikepacking for 5 days in the park. We were greatly looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub when we go there.
The hot tub is at best lukewarm and only minimally warmer than the pool. When we asked the front desk about it, they said others had already complained. They claimed maintenance checked it and that it was at the appropriate temperature.
Within the rooms, in order to have a view outside, you need to open shutters inside the room which take up about 2 feet of space along the windows. Shutters are meant to be outside the windows not inside the rooms.
I would highly recommend going elsewhere. While 'lodge' is in the name, this place was a disappointment. This place definitely photographs better for their online postings than it actually is in reality.

Can’t comment on rooms. Had a lovely meal in restaurant with lovely server . I only gave 3 stars because the host Luc was cold and unwelcoming, and distinterested. But food and server were definitely 5 star

Lack of outlets near nightstand in our room.
Other than that the room was wonderful stuff was wonderful.

Medium accommodations but the restaurant is on point…. Short ribs were fabulous, pork chop ok, the smash burgs unreal… dog friendly place, I brought my Bernese Mountain Dog. Keep in mind there are community balconies on the second and third floors. Good times

We have been staying here 5 nights. The restaurant and lounge were great the morning and evening Sara's were great. The one major hiccup was we asked to have our room cleaned today. The cleaners left trash on the floor; don't think they vacuumed; didn't replace water glasses and don't believe they changed the sheets or pillow cases; didn't replace ice bucket bag. I'm including pics of what we found.

Great rooms that have the best showers I've ever seen in my life. They're massive and have multiple shower heads with a seat. Good restaurant with complimentary bikes and in a great location, especially if you like to golf.

The very best place to stay in Whitefish. Great rooms with a wonderful atmosphere. Top notch customer service with a 5 star restaurant and bar. Highly recommend. Shuttle service available to downtown all day until 2 am.
Food & drinks: The restaurant has an excellent breakfast. The bar and restaurant open at 4 pm with top notch service and wonderful specialty drinks, fabulous food with great outdoor seating right on a golf course.

The rooms are in serious need of updating. It was so dark with no adequate lighting.
The food at the restaurant was very good and Luke was the best server! We had him multiple times in the bar and in the restaurant and he was great! The outdoor seating is quite fun with fire pits and a view of the golf course!

Nice place to stay, quiet and accommodating with many activities. Over priced restaurant. Also chose to stay an extra night (during mid week) I originally booked through Expedia for the first two nights which can to under $400 for both nights and when we chose to stay an extra night they wanted $400 for a single night. When I looked at Expedia there was nothing showing available, when I asked the desk clerk she said the lodge pulled all the listings from Expedia so they could jack the rates up and only book at the front desk. A complete rip off and terrible to do to a customer that already stayed two nights. I for one will not be going back after the greed that comes from the lodge.
Food & drinks: Overpriced and bland

We had a corner room and it was BIG. Couch/TV when you walk in with microwave/sink and bathroom separating area from beds. Great location from West Glacier and Whitefish. Easy in/out and close to a fantastic disc golf course (see Whitefish Assembly).

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent value for price, super friendly staff and latge comfortable rooms. Loved the outdoor jacuzzi and delicious food.

They have a small gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent and very clean. Food was excellent. Plenty of parking. Great location. And they have some pretty good coffee down in the lobby.

Rooms: Beds are comfortable. Great location, hot tub is hot! Restaurant is mediocre, we ordered calamari it’s not great, French dip not much meat huge roll it was on. Computers were down, so no happy hour deals, no happy hour food. Great dog friendly lodge!!

We started going to Grouse Mountain Lodge when it was $100 per night. Now sadly its out of our range at $600 per night for what amounts to a 3 star hotel. I'm not sure we would go back anyways having had two bad experiences service wise. The rooms were spacious though which was nice.
