Markus Community Market is a little grocery store in Whitefish, often described as great, awesome, and nice. It is excellent for popping in to get a few things, good food, and provisions. The market is praised for its fun selection of grocery items and local treats, with a wide and great selection for foodies. Highlights include the great deli with delicious sandwiches, a lovely and great cheese selection, and one of the best wine selections. It also has a great beer, cider, and seltzer selection, excellent snacks, and the best cookies. There is a small selection of good quality produce and most necessities. However, it is noted as super pricey and expensive for basics, regular items, and tourist prices, with a produce selection that can be a little rough. It is a close walk from many accommodations.
Awesome store that takes EBT and makes good food. I think it's locally owned? A lot of the town is anyways. Why is all the stuff so expensive. Like not one cheap beer for the working man or poor traveler. Love this place thoo
