“My phone was lost on our first day of vacation here. Beau was extremely helpful and thorough- even staying late to get all my data from the cloud onto my new phone. For whatever reason, the system was having trouble with my phone number but Beau stayed on the phone with the Verizon help desk until he found someone who could fix the problem.
I had no idea how hard it can be when you don’t have the old phone to download directly. Such relief to have a replacement with all my info on it!! Thank you Beau!”
