The only thing I don’t like is the lack of tools from the first time I visited years ago. I was told because of customer theft. I hate this for them and for customers. Might I suggest a checkout and refund bin. Maybe just a basket with a few options where the customer places car keys or say a $20 bill or deposit system? Would just be nice to comb ears and face and paws.”
