We've rented a mailbox here since 2015, and Postal Annex has been fantastic with accepting our mail and packages. We lived in Calgary, Canada and this was a great place to get all of our US mail and save on shipping/duties. They are in a convenient location and the cost of a mailbox was about $120 USD/year. They are closed on weekends now post COVID, so we tried to go there on either Friday night or Monday morning.

Hanna and the staff at the Whitefish Postal Annex are the best! Best customer service in the valley. Wouldn’t do my shipping anywhere else. Truly one of the best businesses in the flathead valley.

This lovely place is my new go-to for all my postal needs! Hannah has gone above and beyond in ensuring my international shipping is handled without a hitch. The staff here is friendly and efficient and in stark contrast to the other postal store in town where I've encountered rude treatment. Very friendly and efficient- focused on customer service. A sharp contrast to a competing shipping place here who treats "drop off" prepaid shipments like an unwelcome inconvenience. Will use Postal Annex for all my shipping needs!

I mailed a birthday card to my nephew and told the employee that there was fifty dollars in cash inside (silly me)...asked her if I should tape it up...she said no. My nephew never got his card. I am 100 percent convinced she opened it up, took the cash, and threw it out. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Easy access to drop off packages for any carrier. Every time I go here the people are so nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them fir any of your shipping needs. I live 40 miles away but it's worth the drive to have such great service.

Seriously the BEST postal annex in the valley!Ide rather drive out of my way to come here than go anywhere else.The ladies that work there are insanely nice, pleasant and friendly.I love their great attitudes and the way they treat customers. If I could give them a trillion star rating I would!!

Hannah went above and beyond to prepare my workbook for the UPW live event at her closing hour to get the job done before she left for the day. She also was very apologetic for the phone issues they were having at her location when o was wanting to get in touch with her. That being said she was generous with gifting me a “no charge” for workbook. I told her that I couldn’t accept such and offer and insisted she allow me to pay for her time and the last minute request. She denied me and said “it was taken care of.” I have to say that when Hannah went above and beyond and then again surprised me with such a gift I couldn’t help but share and speak highly of her integrity.
