Such a fantastic atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Incredibly friendly and helpful with a fantastic selection of hand-picked clothing, apparel, and much more. A MUST STOP when in Whitefish.

They were selling minerals that were incorrectly labeled. When I tried to help and inform of the mislabeling, I was shushed and basically called uneducated on the matter. It is literally part of my job to identify gems and minerals. The rudeness and mean attitude was completely unnecessary. Im sure the other people who work there are just wonderful as always, but one woman with black hair is an awful person

So I love this store. I used to model clothing for them a few years back. It's my go-to boutique for unique, no-one-else has it clothing or jewelry. I live outside of whitefish and am a full time graduate student who hardly ever gets the chance to splurge in one of my favorite stores, Sappari. How unfortunate when, on my birthday, I bought a beautiful pounded silver ring with a sweet little gold piece hanging off of it, for $56 (plus resort tax). Here's the unfortunate part: the sweet little hold piece fell off! Well, I noticed the loss ironically when I headed up to Ladies Night in whitefish tonight. I said to myself, "of course I can ask the owners to fix the error by offering a solution." Rather, they said I could run a receipt up in my free time. Welp. That won't be happening anytime soon. I was sincerely hoping that the owners would have been a bit more gracious with me regarding the ring and how a $56 piece of jewelry should have held up. I think it would have been appropriate for Sappari to give me a new replacement ring in this case.
