Worst thrift store experience ever! I bought a print at the Whitefish store recently. They had it priced at $36. Which is already an outrageous price for a print. I was going to look it up online because I figured it must be worth a lot more since I got it at a THRIFT SHOP. Then I found a tag on it from ROSS that said $24.99!!! They marked it UP almost 50% from what someone bought it new!! I took it back to talk to the manager. The woman there who said she was in charge of pricing was only willing to give me $6 back, thus I was still paying $6 over the retail price of the item. So unacceptable! I was a regular customer there, and I will not ever go back nor will I ever donate there again. For a THRIFT STORE, there prices have gotten completely out of hand and their customer service sucks!”
