I recently had a box at this store. Beyond the forwarding fees being outrageous, the bald guy who works here and is there often is a creep and a flirt. I thought that I would be in the area indefinitely, but had a rental agreement fall through. The tall bald white guy I'm referring to upon meeting me with my wife proceeded to shake her hand before mine as a sign of disrespect and waved at her through the boxes once when we were at the store. Classic seasonal worker grifter mindset. Doesn't help that I just got married, and that disrespect was immediate. Totally unprofessional and overpriced. Annoyed staff, borderline rage inducing overall
Edit: Being gay does not constitute being a creep, nor do I need to accommodate the unprofessional things that might come from being that way. Maybe you should get new staff if that's something you feel the need to mention, while also arguing with your clients? WOW, not a great look. I had no idea what the contents of that box were or that they were being sent as they were unexpectedly forwarded to me after passing of family. I complained about the label issue because there wasn't one. I had to meet FedEx at my USPS store because even they couldn't process it. Your staff is rude and charges fees late. That is part of the reason for changes in communication. I explained the hardship that I was experiencing and that I had changing information over the phone multiple times VERY apologetically, just to be lectured like a child. Anyhow, the fact that you need to oust personal information and combat your clients over Google reviews says enough. Total embarrassment on your part.

The whole crew rocks! They are sooo helpful, polite, knowledgable, fast and Happy! I went in the other day with a package that was heavy and it is hard for me to ask for help but have an old back disk issue... the gentlemen was more than happy to help and grabbed a hand truck and went out to the car with me and was so polite and we had a great chat while doing it. They have a lot of stuff going in and out of there daily and always are busy doing something and helping out. Have a blessed day and keep up the great work ethic.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience than what I’ve had at the UPS office in Whitefish! Conveniently located with plenty of parking, it’s always an easy in-and-out stop. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind—they even greet me by name every time I walk in! They’ve gone above and beyond to make me and my puppy feel welcome, showering her with treats and love.
I’ve had my business mailbox here for six years, and I’ve never had a bad experience—only positive ones. The team feels like a second family to me, and their helpfulness and warm, welcoming attitudes never go unnoticed. I’m so grateful for the incredible service they provide! Highly recommend!

This is the worst UPS store with the worst people ever. Use the Postal Annex! I just spent $1000 at this store printing posters for a non profit that I work for. I come in today to ship things through it business account and they won’t let me use the tape measure or scale because I’m shipping through a business account vs them directly. Told me I need to use my own equipment despite the fact that I was paying to print labels and buying tape. I’ve never had experienced worse people at any ups location and it’s a terrible reflection on the company.
