I'm incredibly grateful to the team at the Whitefish store for saving Christmas this year. Missing the package pickup cutoff, Pete kindly opened the store during its holiday closure to get my daughter's gift. Since our move across the country two years ago, they've consistently been there to assist with various needs. Whether for business support or reliable shipping of cherished items, household goods, sports gear, or vacation luggage, the Whitefish UPS store stands out. Their commitment to exceeding customer expectations is truly commendable!

Great spot to ship from as well as pick up items. People are nice and helpful! Deducted 1 star for charging $2 to print a label for customer. Seems very excessive!

Out of your damn mind charging $85 to copy and email documents as a PDF file.It was 4 to 500 pages you said not 1000 so that's a huge lie. For 2, I could have done that myself without taking your time if you spent 3 minutes showing me how to simply use it. So that is also a choice you made and another lie. For three, I didn't use any physical materials. At worst that cost you your own intentional waste of time, and at worse $2 bucks in electricity to run the thing.Don't you dare defend your slimy actions against a military vet just trying to get disability.Just remember I was willing to die, and other veterans literally have so you can have the right and freedom to be a scumbag.

I have nothing to say but nice things to say about the employees, however I was supposedly sent an email with the fact that $120 was due for 6 more months of renting a mailbox, but I never received it. So I go into get my mail and there is a past due notice in my box - and a $10 late fee was charged. I would be happy to pay a late fee if for some reason I had actually received their email about payment due. and just ignored it. But that was NOT the case. Then I talk to one of the employees and she does not now why I did not get the request, and she further goes onto state that some people get charged $10 late fees, and others get charged $5.00 late fees. She did not know how that worked, but the manager was gone for the day. She stated she would speak with the manager and she kept my receipt. The next day the receipt is in my mailbox with no explanation at all. It just seems to me that the store would put a notice in my box that a payment was coming due, rather than trusting email that can often go to a junk mail folder - though I did check my other email folders and there was nothing there. I also think it is poor business to just not communicate. I would not even be writing this review had the manager taken the time to communicate. Just buyer beware.

I just noticed that the UPS store in WF only has a 3.3 rating. I've been doing business with them for several years and have found them always very willing to help and very efficient. The deserve 5 stars.

Bro. This boy Kenny doesn’t try to teach or sell to my 82 year old grandparents just trying to make copies. My grandmas dads dad purchased their 300 acres for $1/acre working $0.10/day in the early 1900’s. They’re just trying to finish it. Thank you, Kenny, for taking the time to be what my grandparents need when they come to mail bday stuff to their 36 grandkids and 19 great grandkids. I appreciate you. Also, I called & cried to the owner my appreciation. So thanks. ??????keep killin it.

I have had a mail box here for almost 10 years and have only experienced professional service from this business. I have used them for everything from mail service forwarding, house plan printing and even customized bulk printing projects. As a fellow business owner in the area I appreciate all that they do!

I dropped off a sewing machine to be shipped to MN and paid extra to have it insured for $200.00When arrived they did not ring the door bell and we had to pickup at the store. The case was cracked and I wanted reimbursement for the. Case but the UPS store wanted the sewing machine too. Needless to say we said no thanks. Would not recommend this service to ship anything. You called me to get my sisters phone number

I stopped going to this store years ago because of the terribly rude man that owns the place. I never bothered leaving a review (or maybe I did :) until today when I was reminded by a friend who texted me out of the blue to say "The UPS in whitefish has the worst customer service". It instantly reminded me of all the bad experiences I had there. The Postal Annex at the Whitefish Mall can handle UPS stuff and everything else. There's no reason to go to this place.

Very short-staffed. I stood in line 20 minutes to drop off a prepaid box. The employee would not let me simply drop it off. Horrible music playing.

I've been here before and I have never had anything harsh to say about this particular store, before today. Typically the employees are very kind and I leave with a smile on my face, however today was different. As soon as I got into my car, I began to cry. Two of the ladies at the front of this store had talked down to me, after I had tried to explain I paid for something online through the UPS website. They were rude and spoke to me like I was a child, they thought I didn't understand what they were explaining and in turn, spoke to me in a way that was hurtful and unnecessary. After explaining and showing them the process I went through on the website, the ladies finally understood and helped me with my package. As I was leaving the store, I could hear them whispering about me. No place of business should make their customer feel unwanted and disrespcted in the way they both just made me feel. I will no longer be returning to this store, as I'd rather drive the hour to Kalispell where I won't be treated as someone so far beneath the employees. I could not imagine having a personal customer of my own feel this way after leaving my place of business.I'd offer 0 stars if I could, sadly that isn't an option.
