I had an amazing experience with Verizon, thanks to Logan! He was incredibly nice and went out of his way to be helpful. Logan made sure all of my questions were answered and provided excellent service throughout the entire process.

Good store with good service if you’re actually lucky enough to go there when they’re open during their normal business hours! I live 25 min away and in the last few weeks, 2 out of 4 of my trips to this Verizon store they got a “closed for the day” sign up. So I just completely wasted an hour making the commute here to take care of business with my old phone. If you decide to go, call first to make sure they’re even open.

Guy put on the wrong screen protector and instead of giving me a refund as I asked he told me to keep it and put in a warranty claim to get a bigger screen protector which find out costs you money for the shipping - horrible customer service.

Somehow, text-to-speech got turned on and the man in the store fixed, turned it off, in, about, ten seconds. He knew, exactly, what he was doing. First class.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t really recommend this store. The young woman there that helped me was nice enough but sat there googling solutions on her own phone as to why mine couldn’t send text messages just to tell me she had no idea what was wrong. I don’t find this store very competent for tech issues or professional. After an hour spent waiting she basically just told me to try calling Verizon instead. If you’re doing anything more than switching phones I don’t recommend this place at all. Go to somewhere they wear the uniforms.
