Whilst waiting in line four days ago for a prescription, I overheard Jessica in the pharmacy on the phone with a customer inquiring about their prescription. After Jessica got of phone, she said "jesus christ, someone get me a drink, in between his coughing the wife nagging and the kids in the background I couldn't deal with him" "so annoying, can you believe it? How do you expect me to help you when you're coughing all over the phone". This was extremely unprofessional, especially when you're meant to be assisting the sick. Also to be saying it in front of ten people in the line, truly lets us know how you feel about your customers health. Wont be dealing with these guys anymore especially when all of her co workers just stood around saying nothing and allowed her to continue talking trash about a customer in front. of customers. Do better Walgreens.

Walking into the store the employee rudely said excuse me twice then when she wasn’t satisfied with our speed said, “Oh my God are you serious?”. Then she fought with the cashier about how she had helped the other girl all day and it was someone else’s turn. Then when we went to pay for our items, the cashier said, “I really don’t want to be here.”. What a toxic environment. I hope you find better workers…that job is not that depressing.

Walgreens was my go to pharmacy. Over the last 3 years they have put customer service on the back burner. I have waited in lines forever just to find out when I got to the front that my scripts were not ready and would not be ready for an hour. (After it was called in 4 hours earlier) Then I called on the phone to see if they were ready and was told it would be another hour. I told her that I was unhappy with their service and she said "That's Fine" I will bring my business elsewhere after nearly 20 years with Walgreens. I do not recommend them for your pharmacy needs! I'm not from Narrowsburg, Ny. I'm from here in Kalispell, Mt.

I used to use this place all the time because it was so convenient to scan your bottle and then go pick it up. But they have put in this RIDICULOUS call system and you can never get a human. Their app tells you to call them, for what they don't say, and then you can't get through all the damn questions and talk to anyone. Three attempts to get as far as a queue. Then, after being told there is one, ONE!, person ahead of me, I'm still on hold for TWENTY MINUTES! Forget it. I'm cancelling all the stuff we have with them as this isn't the first time this has happened. I don't like Safeway, but at least I can talk to a human.

We have been to this Walgreens a dozen or so times, when we visit Whitefish. They always have the friendliest and most welcoming staff. I haven't seen the lady that invited us over this past year for a Christmas dinner. I hope to see her again.

Just stopped by to pick up a few essentials while on vacation. Typical Walgreens store. Friendly cashier and easy to get in and out.

I filled a prescription by phone. The automated system verified the type of medicine plus said 90 day supply. When I picked up my prescription it was only a 30 day supply. Not a huge deal, but the prescription was now expired (though valid when I called) and my doctor is no longer practicing here. I was told I was at fault for not speaking with a pharmacist despite that the system confirmed it was a 90 day supply. Where on anything I get does it day that?! She accepted no responsibility (blamed the system which she claims they can't change) nor even said sorry. She was like- well you've got 30 days to find a new doctor and get a new prescription...she just forgot one part- I've also got 30 days to find a new pharmacy because I won't be returning due to your lack of customer and your inferior system.
