Look, this is a corporate Walgreens and it has all the problems that go along with that. I had a wonderful interaction with a cashier there right now, and I want to compliment the customer service she provided. I also had help from another employee who helped me find a product. Very good service at this location. 👏

The cashier at the store was rude and completely unhelpful. She didn't know how to fix an error she made and then was patronizing when I left. Next time I will go ANYWHERE else.

Glen went out of his way for me. He dug out a receipt and mailed it to my home (out-of-state) so that I could make a claim. (I had to prove to Avis that I bought a battery for the rental car keyfob that died which inconvenienced me and several friends on vacation). Avis subsequently sent me a coupon for TWO days free rental. Thank you Glen!! Strangers helping strangers. :D

I tried to print A photo this afternoon with my Mother and Lori was not only obviously annoyed with our presence, she scoffed under her breath “JESUS” when I asked the simple question if it was necessary for the upload of my entire cloud in order to print a photo. Waiting minutes for this process, I thought this to be a logical question as I only wanted a photo. Her answer would have been gladly received if not for the tone. Either be grateful for your job in today’s economy, or just quit. Walgreens may be thankful for your departure. Thanks!

Manager Sylvester was ridiculously helpful in selecting an ointment for neck pain. The cashier was very friendly too. Clean and organized store.

Wish I could give this store 0 stars. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this was 100% the WORST Walgreens experience we’ve ever had. Saw them turn down helping an older lady pick up her medication after driving in for quite a ways to get it without much of an apology… more of the tone of that’s how it is, get over it and come back later. Then finished our shopping, waited to check out and were only told when it was our turn to pay that they were only accepting cash. They said that the internet was down all over Whitefish and they could not run cards. They had no signs posted about this anywhere except at the register… not on the front door, not at the end of the checkout area… only at the one register that was open. Just like we witnessed with the lady at the pharmacy, no apology for the inconvenience, more of the tone that we inconvenienced them by not knowing that they only took cash. The 2 employees at the front were rude and condescending. To make matters worse, we walked out of the Walgreens and across the street to the Safeway which had business as usual. They had had zero internet issues that day. As we looked around, everything in the area looked to be operating normally. I think Walgreens corporate needs to take a hard look into the operations of this store.

I'm giving a two-star rating because the upfront people at Walgreens are wonderful!!!!
But trying to get my medication filled is ridiculous. After 4 visits of them telling me it was on order they finally told me it hadn't even ordered it!!!

Terrible customer service. Went in to get my passport photo taken and the worker refused to take our passport photos and said that he was to busy with to take them and no one else was available also there was no one in the store very frustrating

I’m not one to write reviews but I got film developed here and the quality was terrible. Getting the pictures back was extremely disappointing and on top of that the lady helping me out was pretty rude. Don’t go here to get film developed cause whoever they send it out to sucks.

If you're going to I.D customers for buying cough medicine, you should have it posted. And it would be wise to actually educate your staff as to what ingredients require the user to be 21+. it's irresponsible to prevent minors from getting the medicine that they need to feel better. Kids 15+ are legally allowed to give their own medical consent without a guardian/parent, and cough medicine is not a regulated substance, hence why it's sold OVER THE COUNTER. Huge inconvenience, and the cashier was very rude and ignorant/unsure of why she needed to I.D me, maybe if she was educated then she could explain WHY. Instead of being rude and dismissive.

A little lacking for a few items I needed. Missing some traditional old school remedies. Snacks and soda pricey even with sale promos. You will pay Whitefish Sales tax here, so shop at Kalispell Walgreens if that matters to you. Kind staff.
