DO NOT RENT HERE
Water leaked directly through the roof and ruined all my furniture. They suggest you have insurance because they claim to not have any, but when all your stuff is ruined, they will not return calls or emails to your insurance company and your claim will be denied. They knew this roof leaked because they had been on a three way call with the property manager and the caretaker “could it be one of those units” “maybe” - not sure if they knew I was on the line. One and half months have gone by and they claim to still not know why the roof is leaking (still leaking). DO NOT RENT HERE OR ANYWHERE MANAGED BY STERLING PROPERTIES.

Dan, the fellow who helped us set up our unit and show us the facility was so pleasant and helpful to deal with that it took us aback. Our experience was great many times over.

Awesome storage facility! It’s been a smooth process from day one. AND we just moved to a bigger unit. The switch was smooth & hassle free. Customer service is always great, too. Highly recommend!

Why is there always something parked in front of my unit making it hard to access? I pay the same price yet there’s always a trailer / abandoned car full of stuff parked directly where you can pull up to access the door ???

It’s been over 9 years I’ve been using the storage facility... I’ve never had any security issues or any problems with this place so I’ve been very happy and felt safe there
