“i came to the service department from out of the area cuz my window washer fluid had a leak and in this buggy season, i have to find a gas station daily to clean the windshield.. He scheduled an appt but wanted to take a look. i went to lunch and when I returned, it was fixed, NO CHARGE. A hose had come loose. Above and beyond. Thank you, FOX FORD.”

“As with any parts or hardware store, we have to remind ourselves of our positions as the customer & theirs as the seller. They can only be efficient in providing the correct part if WE are educated of our problem first & know what is needed beforehand. Then go to their online store to review our options & aquire the part #. Behold...the efficiency of a predetermined part # of a specific product. Although the combined personal knowledge & experience of our local Carquest employees is more than enough, it just makes for a better experience for all when a customer brings in a part # instead of their problem. But with the shelves having much more to offer nowadays...I don't mind browsing the store while eager resources are tackling someone else's task.Unfortunately have to hold back 1 star until cookies & coffee become available. ?”
