“Nice clean facility. Nice atmosphere. Great products. But when it comes to service I give it a two ⭐⭐ Poor service. The owner Eric is super but his sales lady was very rude and shady. I didn't get any help from an expert. I was overcharged by the sales lady $36.00 she took all afternoon to try to program my phone but she couldn't, she failed to do it. I waited almost 3 hours. Finally, the owner came in and took care of it in 10 minutes!! the owner is expert but his help is not!
Every time I came to pay my bill she overcharged me.. I think she was trying to pocket the extra cash she was getting for me for her own personal use. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and I did not continue service with them solely based on the bad service I got from the female that worked there.”
