We recently had a minor issue with a delivery and when I voiced my concerns to Valerie she handled it in a way that was probably one of the best ways I've seen a company handle a customer concern. She was very happy to help and was compassionate about our situation and had zero hesitation assisting us as well as did it incredibly fast. This company deserves 5 starts before this but are exceeding a typical 5 star business. Had an absolute terrible experience with another shop in Billings holding themselves out as a VW experts and I got taken to the cleaners in every respect.
