I brought in my own Casey's cup in to get ice. I didnt get a lid nor straw, just ice. They charged me full price as if I got a soda in a new cup. This is the only Caseys I've ever been to that charged me for ice in my own cup, ever. In fact, this is the only convenience store in the entire country of any name that, I've been to that charged for ice in my own cup. The other Caseys will charge for ice in a new cup, but they only charge fifty cents, not full soda fountain price.

Manager (T.R.) takes advantage of employees kindness and schedules them for closing shifts which dont end till like 1am or later and then be back on the store by 430am. Horrible managing of this store for a long time. It is one of the worst Casey's I've really experienced in general. If they treated their employees better and actually used good scheduling maybe the store would be in better shape. Bad management.

Extremely poorly managed. They have 6-8 workers all the time and there is always a line at the register always just 1 cashier the rest of them just look at you. There always boxes of inventory in the isles you have to move boxes out of the way to walk. Just poorly managed

It is a complete gamble when you order food. Half of the time they make it, but it’s the wrong order. And the other half of the time they don’t even notice you ordered and you feel so stupid asking where my food is.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very un-organized store. Very poorly managed. Why on earth would you wait until the lunch hour to stock shelves and coolers? Why are the shelves in the drink cooler are empty 1st thing in the morning?. I would encourage everyone to go to White Star instead.

Stopped by while I was just driving through. The cold products did not look like as much care went into them and making the wraps and sandwiches. It was a little sloppy. But the bathrooms were clean enough, and I can’t believe there’s a brisket and jalapeño pizza!

Worst service ever! The lady at the front was extremely rude ordered 4 pizzas and bread sticks they only made 2 pizzas so we had to wait for them to make the rest of the order.
