Our company works a lot in Nebraska, every time we go back we stay in this hotel!! The rooms are very nice as all the employees there!! Kiara especially!! She goes out her way to make you feel like your at home! What a wonderful employee she is! Thank you!!!

The rooms are old including the carpets. Although the room has suites type of arrangements as the name suggests. However, the place is pricey for its price.One important thing: I had to sign that anything happened to my car in the parking lot is not their responsibility. This is terrible.

Good amount of pillows. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Room was fairly clean. Tv options were good. The area was a tad bit sketchy but the parking lot was well lit.

I read the other reviews and I was surprised when I got to the room. The room was set at 68 degrees, the beds were not too firm or too soft and the water temperature was easy to adjust. The staff was amazing and the room I was in was just like all the other hotels I have stayed in from Quality Inn to Comform Inn. It was a great room for the price and I would stay here again.

My wife and I left Sturgis SD and started heading back to South Texas and finally got to us that we needed to rest up and get some sleep. The town we originally drove into was Chadron, Nebraska, but any rooms there were over $140 for the night, which we thought was pretty ridiculous, we then drove to Alliance, which was about 55 miles and found this hotel, service from the young man upfront was excellent and very helpful, super clean room and we got the same service checking out the next day, offers of breakfast were made, even though she had just put up everything. We thanked her for that kind gesture, said our thanks and left. If your on the road and come across this hotel, definitely stay, you'll be happy you did.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had a suite that would fit our party of 5. I would definitely stay here again. It's always nice to stay somewhere that everyone is nice and clean, comfortable rooms.

We stopped on our road trip here and stayed here for a week to work from Alliance, we had the Jacuzzi suite room was very well cleaned which was spacious, and had a work desk which made our stay comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were ample breakfast items (more than most motels we have stayed in in the past).

very clean area of town is run down but building is nice it appears that they are in the process of upgrading their rooms, the one we stayed in was very new and had all that we needed i was very impressed with the young girl at the front desk. outgoing comfortable with strangers and knowledgable she was willing to help us with local directions and somewhere to eat

Bed is clean and comfy and the bedding is soft, fluffy and warm with 5 nice pillows, not just flat hard things. While the carpet may be very dated (wore my flip flops to solve that) the room was clean. Lots of friendly suggestions for eating from others staying here for months while working (thanks guy from Texas down the hall who held the door open for us when we checked in). The woman at the front desk was very kind and personable.

The hotel is being renovated. I was sceptical as we drove up. From the lobby to room 111, I had a great impression. Nicely done, clean, and updated. Staff has been helpful and pleasant. Even a hot breakfast and lots of choices. From ? to boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc .Pool is closed. No laundry but Paradeis is just up the road. Thank you for a good stay.

Hotels are tough to review because everyone thinks something different when they are looking for a hotel. This hotel is run down (all of Alliance is run down--sheesh!) and not visually appealing. It isn't a five star experience. However, I rate it four stars because I was looking for somewhere for one night: -Reasonably priced -Clean -Comfortable Beds and rooms -Hot water If you are travelling or looking for a 1 night stay, this is a good place. Friendly lady at the front desk, comfortable beds, good air conditioning in the rooms that were clean, had good TVs, and hot water. I'd easily stay there again with my family. One complaint: Pool wasn't open and that was not clearly mentioned at the front desk or on the website.

I seen the reviews.and pictures, thought this look like a good hotel, but when we got there we were surprised to see a run down hotel. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodeling job. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was shut down, apparently waiting for parts. They had eggs and sausage, but it did not look good. Everything else was packaged.
