I have had the service for a month and a half now. Customer service was great. The installer was very professional and friendly to work with. She took in a lot of my concerns about the cable and came up with a great plan. She communicated very well. I have had no issues whatsoever. The app that lets you follow the devices hooked up works great and easy to use. Speed is amazing, we have had no lag!!!

While the store isn't terribly helpful re: support (it's a corporate level thing), they are friendly. The internet service is great, much faster and more reliable than cable broadband.

We have had very few issues. Our television service is good. Internet is good and telephone service is good. We have had to reset our receiver and DVR a few times. Whenever we have called customer service, they have been very good.

I love Allo. I had a problem with wifi recently and all it took was a couple phone calls with them and they fixed it up.
