“I went into this branch to meet and thank Taylor, who had been quite helpful to my Dad before his passing. I was told Taylor was at lunch, but during the course of conversation with Courtney Morgan, she learned of an issue I had been having at my local branch in Florida and offered to 'look into' . It took a little time, but Courtney and Kevin were phenomenal. They were able to do in one visit what my local branch had not been able to accomplish in multiple visits.
