“Nikki, spent over a hour with me getting new phone, she explained everything, transferred stuff from old phone to new, then she transferred data from husband old phone to my old phone since I got a new phone husband got my old phone. She did try to get husband to get new phone but he wasn't having it, he is set in his ways. She was great will always come in and ask for her to pay my bill because I don't pay on line. Because of her being polite and nice I will wait if she is not there, too pay my bill.”
