I had initially rated them at a one. Megan (sorry if I misspelled) contacted me right after the first rating and apologized profusely for the lack of service. She and Matt made it a priority to get things straightened out. Thank you for reaching out and following up.

The two ladies at the alliance store were very helpful and VERY NICE. Megan was very helpful and professional. I'll definitely as all my family and friends to buy med supplies from there. Kim, And Matt have always been super nice and they all 3 always great us with a smile so thank you all for that.
