I usually love Starbucks and everyone is usually nice. But recently I went in and there’s a barista there and she is absolutely disrespectful. I’ve never came across this situation before and I’m unsure how to handle it. She was very passive aggressive and was using vulgar language. I could hear her cussing from a good distance away. So if you go to this Starbucks just be prepared to be disappointed.

Visiting Alliance and decided to stop here a few times. Great service. Kind of. Food’s great, drinks are great, but not always. And all thanks to one horrible, terrible manager. Josh, the racist manager, throws curse words and racial slurs around like it’s nothing. He swears at customers! He treats everyone like absolute garbage trash. I bumped into some regulars and they’ve experienced the same terrible service from him. He’s the worst person I’ve ever come across on this entire planet and absolutely ruined my experience at Starbucks. He made my drink one day and it was awful. How do you mess up a caramel frap?? And then refused to remake it! I’d rather drink my own urine than be in contact with josh ever again! I highly recommend going here, but not while he’s on the clock. Nowhere near management material, this Joshua. Beware of this man. Someone please fire this menace!

Went in to get a brown sugar shaken espresso this morning. When I got into my car to leave and tasted my drink it was horrible. The manager made my drink. Over the last week or so every time I have been in to get a drink, it has been made incorrectly and they have been very inconsistent. I told another employee the other day about this and they told me that normally they would remake my drink for me, but their new manager isn’t allowing it. Which is exactly why I didn’t go back in this morning for a new one. I spend upwards of $75 a week here. To get drinks that do not taste like they should is ridiculous. This used to be the best place in town to get coffee. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. They have really gone downhill since Alyssa left.

Poor customer service! Rude staff! Was told by an employee she didn't have to make my drink and that I didn't need to come here anymore. All over wanting light ice. This is the second incident with the same employee, first time I let it go. This behavior isn't acceptable, especially when I'm spending over $20. I'll be addressing this employee with Starbucks Corp. and Safeway Corp.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes. The guy working there didn’t make eye contact or even acknowledge that I was there. I finally walked out without ordering.

I have been to this Starbucks a couple of times - every single time it has been less than satisfactory. I’m not one to post a review but compassion goes a long way. My grandmother received an unopened package of coffee beans from me from a Starbuck where I live. Licensed or Corporate - if a customer brings in an unopened bag of coffee beans (from Starbucks), they should be allowed to have it ground for them. She walked in and asked a young lady if she could get the beans ground and was told yes (this allowed by Starbucks). She came in the next day and when she asked if she could get them ground the Manager proceeded to tell her they couldn’t do that and the girl didn’t know what she was talking about. Honestly, I’m disappointed.
