I sent a package from NM that required a signature and it was delivered before the promised time, got text notifications the entire way it made it to NE and my husband was required to print, sign and initial that he received the package! Great quality service!!

I lost (2) packages and never get it back. Good thing they're not that valuable. That never happened to me from other places I lived. After that experience, everytime I need to ship something I make sure to keep the receipt and have insurance specially if you're shipping a valuable stuff. Make sure to do that, 'coz they don't give a sht!

Everytime I send my mother in law something it somehow never makes it to her house. This location has lost 3 items that we have sent to her. We will use Fex Ex to send cards her way from now on.

1 star is generous. This location never offers good customer service. The Alliance P.O. has numerous exceptionally rude employees. I have been using this location for a few years and I have uet to encounter a smiling face or warm personality. I have consistently been made to feel like a huge inconvenience.
