Helpful staff, knew how to multi task without leaving his main contact. Very knowledgeable about his products and plans. My only complaint is with Verizon itself. I bought a $750+ phone and still had to pay an activation fee and a fee to have my info transferred from my old phone to the new one. I am a 20 year customer, seems like gouging to me.

I was a little hesitant to use this Verizon store due to reading past reviews. But Aaron, the manager was amazing! I got the newest iPhone and Apple Tablet. They were both in stock and Aaron also hooked me up with everything I needed. He was so helpful and nice! I highly recommend this facility and Aaron!!

Nikki, spent over a hour with me getting new phone, she explained everything, transferred stuff from old phone to new, then she transferred data from husband old phone to my old phone since I got a new phone husband got my old phone. She did try to get husband to get new phone but he wasn't having it, he is set in his ways. She was great will always come in and ask for her to pay my bill because I don't pay on line. Because of her being polite and nice I will wait if she is not there, too pay my bill.

Used to be a decent store with great customer service but now some rude guy named Joey is in there that cusses at customers and doesn’t know how to do his job better off ordering online or calling Verizon.
