I've been banking here since I was a teenager trying to save my babysitting money. I've never had any problems at all, and have always stood by the "bank with a local CU mentality". When they decided to merge with Meridian trust, that all went downhill. I have had nothing bit problems with direct deposit, the app, and now they are canceling checks I never asked to be canceled, causing me to have to pay late fees and returned check fees, even though the call center assures me they have no records of me ever canceling or stopping payment on any checks. I can't talk to anyone at the local branch when I call, and since I no longer live in Alliance, I'm left trying to move banks so that I can find someone to handle my finances that I can trust. Western Heritage was great, Meridian should have been left out of it.

If I could give no stars I would. Have been banking there for 20 years within the last 4 years have had horrible service they never answer the phone or return calls when I go through drive through I get treated horribly and then get told in a very sarcastic tone to have a great day. I have never been treated so horrible by a bank.

Worst Bank ever. I have been banking there for years and when you have money they are nice when you don't they are the worst. They are not understanding of the average person's issues and they force people to have overdraft protection when they don't want to inorder to get money from them.

My family and I have been banking at the Alliance branch for over 40 years. I have always been happy banking here. Although through our recent transactions since July when my Mother passed away our transactions have been very disturbing. My sister and I just went through the drive and once again treated very rude. When the teller came back to the window she never said thank you , have a good day nothing and walked away.

If I could I would give this bank no stars. Their liars & make up accounts that you have never open. Plus they take money from your account at the time that every one is having a had time as it is due to the virus. Dont bank here. The CEO Cindy Baker & Anna have no heart at all. I hope they can live with what they have done to people. My God Bless this both.

This bank is so pathetic. The staff falls short of professional. Have been waiting on my card for two weeks that they charged me $15 dollars for a card when I have been banking with them for years! UM take care of your members much?Also I called several times. They just informed me that they sent it to the post office in alliance. How Stupid! I asked for a refund and they tell me they can’t refund it cause it was the post offices fault not theirs. Don’t go here!
