“This is an updated review after the owners called us to compensate us for the issues we had with the heat.

We were traveling from AZ to WI during an unusually cold week. I had called 30 min out to see if they had rooms available, she said yes, no problem. The room was very clean and the owner extremely nice, but it was 3° outside and the heater was set to 45° and after an hour it only got to 49°. The floors were like ice and we were freezing. Luckily we had a small space heater and between that and cranking the heater the room was warm enough to go to sleep after a couple of hours. The following day, the owner called us after seeing my initial review and apologized and refunded our room rate and one of the pet fees. He explained it was a mechanical issue with the heater and not representative of the other rooms. So, he made it right and we truly appreciated that. Excellent customer service!
