I’m always looking for a place to stay when I drive out west from Chicago and no idea why I’ve never stayed here before. this place is so much nicer than the campgrounds in Lincoln or Omaha. the bathrooms are new and clean. the campground is quiet (there’s the occasional freight train but that was more background noise) and all the sites are cement and green grass around. amazing!

Beautiful campground, small and lots of room. Great, friendly host. Nice walking distance to town which has an ice cream store called Cherri O's, delicious. Showers and laundry clean.

This was a great little campground. The hosts were great, stopped by and talked with us for a while. The people that were around us were awesome. We can't wait to visit again!

This is a lovely park, very pretty town. The sites are very spacious with all cement pads and plenty of space for the RV and vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the town and not having to hang right off I-80 but being within about a 5 minute drive! I noticed a lot of reviews commented on not having sewer hook-ups. We had sewer hook-ups, worked great, so check on that. since they must have a few that have the hook-ups on some of the sites. Please note: ONLY take the Mahoney State Park Exit no matter which direction (East or West) you are coming) The other way (GPS way) brings you to the RV park on Silver Road via a low overpass (13 feet 3 inches I think). Call for specific directions if needed so you don't get stuck. We did and had very specific, helpful directions and had no problem getting there (and back to I-80) easily). I hope they print the proper exits on the e-mails and materials soon!! But great park!
