“I don't know what is wrong with the one star reviewers. I personally think they are just divas that expect the world to be perfect and people to always pander to their limited emotional maturity. It's a post office. The entire staff there does a great job. The post office performs a necessary service for virtually nothing. If I give you $3.12 and ask you to deliver 4 letters, one to Bangor Maine, one to Tallahassee, one to San Diego and one to Seattle the only way you could do it is through the US mail. Surely not in your gas guzzler SUV that you bought to feel special. So, give them a break. I've never once had a bad interaction with one of the staff in the over 50 years I've been going to this location (or even the one across the street, pre '71). Maybe it's just you and YOUR attitude.”

“Their customer service was awesome, and they were very helpful! I had ordered a package, and somehow when I went to pay through Google Pay, it changed the city to unincorporated, but the zip code was Gretna. They were able to find the package for me after it was scanned for return to sender and hold it so I could come pick it up. Luckily, I live about 15 minutes from their post office.”
