Was told they were open till 11 so the other night I went like hell to make it there by 11:00 got there at 5 till, according to the phone, and the door was locked, gal behind the counter just ignored me would not look up drove all the way in there for nothing.

Very rude clerk. DQ hours on their website are incorrect. 8# bags of ice advertised on ice machine but bags of ice in machine are labeled as 7#'s. I would have overlooked the mis-advertising of the ice if the clerk hadn't been so rude.
