One of the front doors has been broke for a week and neither one of the stalls in either men’s or women’s bathroom is operational. It’s been a while since the one in the women’s work according to the sign.

Casey's all across the board have gone downhill in the past few years in my experience, they used to be the only place I preferred to go. Aurora Caseys is near the bottom of the barrel for locations though, grimy unclean store and the staff is just something else. There one elderly lady there that is decent but other than that what a dump. Probably the dirtiest Caseys in the region. I'll go to the mom-and-pop store on the south end of town from now on. Save your automated response Caseys Corporate.

I just wanted some delicious Casey’s pizza but to my disappointment there was no hot food. Only a couple day old slices of cheese pizza in the warmer, despite there being 5 employees behind the counter swapping bestie stories. I decide on a drink instead. I thought what lurked in their warmer was gross, until I saw the cashier. Chomping one of them slices like a gum addict. She continues to chomp as I approach, I say hello, she replies by scanning my drink and giving me my total all with food in her mouth. I grimace. I hand her a $5 and she says while pointing at a sign “No cash only card”. I said “Oh, I didn’t see that, sorry”. “It’s even posted on the door, bud” she replied with an attitude. I just said thanks anyway and left. Guess the jokes on me. An absolute disgrace. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience.

Tried to order the OS system is down. I asked if they could take an order old school write it down make the pizza….was told no that would be going against corporate ? .Corporate better come up with a plan for when the OS system goes down they are losing money!!

They gave me the wrong pizza wit plastic cheese. NOT HAPPY! Went back and got the right pizza but again with extra cheese that is hard like plastic plus a cheese was everywhere all over the box.

Any road trip to the Midwest, my family and I always make a stop to Casey’s! Taco pizza we highly recommend, make sure get the taco sauce and some sour cream it’s sooooo good! Peanut butter squares such an awesome treat, if you have a sweet tooth!
