In multiple urgent situations, including for travelers stranded far from home, the team has come to the rescue when others were not available. They have provided necessary parts, tools, and even a ride to customers in a pinch. The store carries the parts, tools, and accessories needed and offers services like free battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, and a free Loaner Tool program. Customers report this is easily the best service at an auto parts store and the staff is wonderful, earning 100% of their business.
Ben helped us so much. The truck we were driving got locked with the keys in it and we are out of towners with nothing to unlock it. He gave us tools and equipment to use and got us back on the road.
