As someone who works in customer service I would never treat anyone at my job the way I was treated here. I don’t know who trained this people, but the customer service skills were a zero.
The lady at the counter immediately had an attitude although I was nice and polite, and the way she spoke to me was not okay at all. I get everyone has bad days, but even on my worst days at my job I treat my customers with kindness.
So whoever the older brunette lady with glasses is, I hope your day gets better and you treat the next person kinder!

Rude and unprofessional.

Needed something delivered. Paid extra to make sure it was on time. I now know why this service is getting phased out. No package, no notice, no one to call. I needed this on time. Frustrated and I suppose waiting until someone showes up, sometime....I got it delivered late. The person at the post office was really helpful when I called.

Our carrier can't tell the difference between a street number and an apartment number. No matter how I try to discuss the issue, the carrier gets very rude and dense. When living in an apartment building, the number on the building is the street number and the numbers on the mailboxes are the apartment numbers. It's sad that a grown man doesn't have the common sense to understand the difference.

Very friendly and competent! I feel lucky to have a local post office without long lines!
