This was an very interesting museum. The facility does a great job explaining the difficulties people face traveling west. It also displays the people and culture of those that were already on and possessing the land. Great promise for those going west and even greater challenges and loss for the tribes.

Well kept trail, especially compared to the other attractions in the area.

We didn't have time to visit the museum but we liked the gift shop. They have a nail clipper/bottle opener that I just had to buy. The restroom doors were very interesting, a must see if you stop there to see Chimney Rock.
