As for the 1st lady I called to get started, she gets a 0 star. It took 1 hr to get me started. I told her I have my own router/modem and don’t need one. She argued with me saying I needed one. I told her no. She still added it. She didn’t listen and constantly repeated herself and asked the same questions several times. She told me, after we got off the phone, I could log into my account, nope. She failed!
I called the next day and talked with an amazing lady. Helped me with everything and done within a minute.”
