Our fiber line got hit as they were removing trees on our property and set an appointment up for Monday. Rick recognized our last name and came out immediately ON A SATURDAY and put a temporary line out until we get everything done and then will come bury it. He got our internet up and running in no time. What a great guy! We are very appreciative of him coming out.”
