“My husband & I had a great experience with Zaq yesterday! We went in to switch from T Mobile to Verizon. He was extremely patient!! I was on the phone with T Mobile for almost 2 Hours trying to get my transfer pen and the balances on our devices. Zaq helped me answer questions with T Mobile, even when they hung up on me lol.
