First waited 2 1/2 weeks to get new phone in. Made appointment to pick it up, been here 1 1/2 hours, same 3 people are still getting help setting their phones up. This is ridiculous. If you make an appointment you shouldn't have to hours past time. Should go to a different company. Extremely unhappy ?

It took months for Verizon to follow through on what I was told in the store and that was only after calling a number I’d found online for Verizon that is out of state. Appreciated the help of Lisa at the local Verizon store but her boss Mike was of no help and rude. The issue would still not be resolved if I had not looked elsewhere for assistance.

Zaq went above and beyond helping me providing world class service, in all the years we have been with Verizon this was the best service ever

Lisa went above and beyond! That girl is very knowledgeable and she helped cut things on the bill we don’t use and added a few things I wanted! She is a great employee for you !

Will mot recommend worst experience ever they did not put insurance on my phone, now o got a 800 dollar paper weight, will not answer calls. Call number listed you get some one that will not help and cannot understand, go to a independent store they at least will answer calls and try to help do not go to Beatrice

Had a bad experience. I was advised by Lisa the manager to move my plan to a comercial account lead to believe it was a better plan but it wasn't. While I was in the store she said she had a better plan for less money that include internet but in reality she was downgrading my plan without telling me just to make a commission. She had me in the store for almost two hours traint to make this happen. I feel she was after her own interest without caring about my company or me at all. I read in other reviews similar experiences.

The store waiting room was packed wall-to-wall when I walked in, and I was told it would be a very long wait. I feel that they are incredibly understaffed.
